The best suggestion that i have is to keep the bike washed and waxed. The new spray detail polishes like Armorall and Mcguires quick detail are easy to spray on the under side of the engine block and hard to get to places. The nice thing is there is no chalky white build up. Another trick that i used to use on my dirt bikes was to wash the bike then take kerosene and mix it about half nad half with water and put it into a spray bottle then shake it up and spray it on the bike. You wouldn't want to spray the whole bike just the underside and hard to get to places.The diluted kerosene won't harm the paint and leaves a protective film on the surfaces. Ride safe. John
